When 3°C or less the ice alert comes on and flashes, so I have to press the right button to get the clock back on, then automatically reverts to the temperature.
But what I wanted to know is, is there anyway that I can keep showing the clock show. It is not a big major issue, just annoying.
I have a 2004 Multiplex 206 and have a PPT40
Thanks.

Probably not as the Ice Alert is an advisory to the driver, I'd think most modern cars do the same.

I used to find that a right pain - I changed the display to the larger screen which solved it because the temperature doesnt replace the time on that one!

the ice alert pops up and stays up for 'x' amount of time then dissapears and the temperature on the corner flashes.

I can only dream of having that feature. I totalled my 206 last night, coming down a lane. Loads of water running down the lane had frozen solid right on a corner, ended up slamming right into it.

Driver error. Did you need a temperature sensor to know it was cold

I won't start pulling excuses out of the hat, but it was 3/4 of the way down the lane, and the first 3/4 were perfectly dry.

Yeah for me it was a straight swap, I took out the old one line screen and literally just plonked the larger one in its place and it all worked!

You need to fit the larger 3 line PPT 40 display.
