Just out of curiosity what air freshner /products do you use in your car to get it smelling just right? and what products would you stay clear of.

I'll go first as you do...

I use Lenor (yes Lenor, the fabric softner) mixed with water in a spray bottle to create a febreeze type solution which I spray over my seats and carpets...and anything that is fabric lol, it smells really good imo Cool

I also use Car Scents Air Freshener Laguna Breeze which smells like blueberry bubblegum lol...the only thing with this is that the smell takes a while to take over your car, and i've noticed that positioning the blocks in certain positions around the car give you a better smell

...but in the end, you get used to the smell so I often spray febreeze again and put the heaters on so the air freshner blocks smell more, just to remind me that my car does still smell fresh

Anyway, so what do you use?

I have a nice vanilla cupcake from halfords right now, other than that I've made my own with fragrance oils & aroma beads, but they just aren't as pretty as cupcakes lol

At the moment I've got Jelly Belly Blueberry. My next one is Jelly Belly Very Cherry.

Worst one I had was those silly fruit shaped pine things. After a few days, the car smelt like a wet dog. They didn't even look nice.

Often wondered this, will keep my eye on it Wink I use magic tree black ice, however they don't last as long as I'd like them too.. Tried a jelly belly, still didn't last that long. Might try this "sh*t bag" next. Also, autoglym spray freshner isn't too bad, although it is potentially fatal if sprayed whilst you are in the car Laughing
Project Low and Slow.. Going Euro for 2013. Keep your eyes peeled, big plans ahead..

See my project here.

I give mine a couple of sprays of Auto glym odour eliminator every few weeks.
The car doesnt really smell of anything. which is ideal.

This 206 IS going on a trackday despite it's every effort to stay at home in the garage!
