hello,
received my new to me but second hand lights lol
there ok few chips and marks on them, bit of plastic missing but should be able to fix that
main problem is there's a chip on the end in one of the lenses the center red one and water has got into it thus covering half the lens
is the lens replaceable or are they buggered?

you could always drill a little hole in the bottom to drain the water

Since they are just cc'd Lexus lights unless they are properly sealed they will let water in as they are meant to have a large plastic cover on them. I recommend putting some silicon sealant round the inside of the light lenses

Should there not be an outer cover on them?
