My valve is seized ,does anyone know if they can be unseized and also can it make your break pedal feel soft,ive put new shoes on and adjusted them rite up so there's no play,its a 206 1.1.

try WD-40, most likely is the rust causing it to seized.

I had this done while it was in a peugeot garage, they charged £50 for the pleasure (1 year ago) I wasn't paying the bill.....
