how stupid i am....forgot i have stud extractor....that should have more grip than the mole grips

I think there should be clips holding that top part in and you can slide the whole thing out.

do you mean the whole top bit that you put fuse one?

i shall investigate it once my spare box arrived.

even stud extractor don't have enough grip Sad it just keep rounding the thread off

more penetrating oil sprayed.... it is just an m6 nut it can't be that tight lol

Yep, should do. Might be stuck or the clips not obvious.

i think i saw 2 clip on the outer side...and that side does loosen a bit moe than the other side....

the engine bay is just too crowded Laughing

spare box arrive so i can have a better environment to check stuff.

the grey bit quite easy to pop out with a little force, but have to remove all the fuse and relay first.

the rusty nut got a connected plate underneath it and is connected to quite a few fuse and it hold by glue gun.

after the removal of all those bit i can now access to that square nut, apparently it jam quite badly.

Now all sorted. Wait till tmr to pop back all those fuses and relays then give it a test, hopefully my intercooler pump problems is sorted too.

Wonder how much will a garage charged for replacing the fuse box. doesn't look as easy as i would though after i see the spare box
