106gti oem cams
106gti oem cam pulleys
106gti oem exhaust manifold (4-2-1)

1) you don't want newman ph5 cam on a road car, you got next to no torque under 5K rpm, not to mention you will have to raise the idle rev.

i think i got the dyno print out somewhere....

2) uprate clutch is not need for most of the NA tuning.

3) running 4.9 CWP is fine but be prepared you will have slower 0-400m or 0-60mph drag race.

just my little though

Also depends on how much your willing to spend, after the money you've spent on tuning the 1.6 lump you could have got a 2.0 lump dropped in.

pretty sure you can hit 150bhp, this has been done many times already.

about the 4.9CWP, larger final drive gave you better in gear acceleration but with reduce in gear top speed.

that means with stock gear if you can hit 60mph in 2th gear, with 4.9CWP you probably need 3rd gear to hit 60mph. extra gear shift might lead to slower 0-60 timing.
