Okay so i got in my car to pop down to my parents put my tunes on like always and as i started driving the glass was ratterling, its not done it before and the speaker is fine left side is total fine ad the back windows are okay aswell. Anyone got any suggestions or know how i can get behind the door sill to look at the issue??

I've got this problem aswell when I go over a slight bump the windows sound like they are gunna fall out Laughing

Try by taking the door card off is a good start, then remove / cut the weather proof seal panel to get inside the door.

Weather seal needs to be refitted / taped up afterwards!

Torx 20 screwdriver, remove up to 4 screws ( some 206 only have 3 ) then unclip & lift of the door card.

Screw in door pull, remove screw & the door pull.

Screw at top of rear corner of door card ( this screw is a different thread to the others! )

Screw near the bottom of the front edge of the door card.

Screw behind the triangle trim panel that hides the mirror connector - pull the panel to unclip it BUT dont go mad as there is normally a tweeter speaker attached to the back of this panel!

Rest of the door card is just held on with plastic clips.

I had the same problem on mine, just with glass full down. There was one rivet of the window lifter chassis that wasn't firmly secured.
