Hi,
Hope someone can help, or some advice on what to try here to find the fault.
Need a cheap DIY fix basically!

The engine cooling fan, does not come on.
I've let the car run till the temp gets to near 100, takes about 20 min, no fan comes on.

When I switch on the A/C - no engine fan either (from what I read online the engine fan should come on if the A/C is running?) and it feels like the air gets no colder.

I checked the connections on the green and blue sensors on the engine for any corrosion - they seem fine.

Fan moves freely if turned by hand.

What is the connection for that is visible behind the front bottom grille, on the fan housing, to the left hand side if you looking at the front of the car?
I can get my fingers in to disconnect this, cleaned up the connector and plugged back in.

I want to try put a 12v feed direct to the fan from the battery, see if it powers up - but not sure what wire to disconnect, and what wire to supply 12v to.

I have a multimeter, any easy checks I could do to test?

Thanks for reading.

Get the bumper off, follow the wiring and it really is very simple to find which is the +ve feed to the fan...
