Afternoon guys
Just had a trip upto scotland and half way the engine light came on! Pulled other, turned the engine off, back on then it was gone!!! 40 miles down the road and it came on again!!!!
Called AA just to be sure and read the ecu and got code 0170
Told me it cud be the lamba. So disconnected it then re connected it and not done it since!!! So cud it have been a glitch?? Ir possibly loose connection???
Been fine now and not loosing any power, did a littlw when the light was on but feels ok again??
Anything to worry about?? Anythin i need to change???
Cheers folks
Dave

Might have just been a dirty contact on the connector plug, just keep an eye on it.
Could be the lambda sensor on its way out but really needs live data to check it.
Diagnostic warning light is now off & car is running fine, dont worry about it
