It's the seat belt height adjuster, but I don't know how to fit it Laughing Looks as though it just clips in.

In this picture, the top part,i flicked off with a flat blade screw driver, then that hides a screw, if i remember right.

I took mine off the other day, can't remember what i did with them tho. Ill see if i can find them in a bit.

Yeah, ive just checked mine,i think you've broken the height adjuster, heres some pictures of mine.

First pic is of it broken down

As you can see the metal pin in yours is no longer attached to the lifter.

this is how it goes back together, you can see where the screw goes below the pin.

Then with the cap back on, cap grabs the pin which moves the height up an down.

Like i say its looks like you've broken the adjustor, the top plastic part will move out a little as you pull on it, when you pull it, it pulls the locator out so you can move it up and down, pull it out and then pull a little harder, it just sits tight on the locator, it should just pull off.

When thats off you'll see the screw, once you undo the screw, the bit that falls off the back, is the bit thats broken off, as you can in my first picture the locator pin should still be connected to the slider.

Hopefully my pictures show how it all goes together.
