Well I've got my hands on a badgeless front grille, but unfortunately it is snapped in two, just wondering what would be the best way to repair it so it's 100% not going to move, can't fibreglass it as its a solid piece where the snap is :/

Plastic welding. There are a few companies around that do it on bumpers. I'm not entirely sure, but I think they cut the 2 pieces at an angle so that when they are butted up to each other they form a "V" and then they use some sort of plastic filler to bridge the gap, before sanding and painting.
