Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone could diagnose what's making the strange clunking noise coming from my engine. I've put a soundcloud link to a clip i recorded on my phone.
The knocking speeds up and slows down in line with revs too, I've had some people say an oil change would maybe sort it? I'm a total noob at anything like this so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers!

Sounds a bit similar to when my crank pulley/tensioner went... does it quiet down when you rev it?

It's around the 65000 miles mark I think off the top of my head. There is a belt squeaking somewhere too as well as the clunking fluttery noise

Probably due for a timing belt change anyway, unless its been done already at some point, could be worth doing that and getting them to look at the pulleys and tensioners, just a thought

You could probably put a beat and some vocals to that and have a number 1 record!

I've just been nosing around under the bonnet again and this noise is still bugging me.. I recently had the belt and tensioner changed and I'm still getting this noise.. I'll post a pic of where it sounds like it's coming from
