Hi guys, I had to change my throttle pedal assembly on my GTI 180 due to the plastic housing braking. Now it's changed, I have the anti pollution warning on my info display and an eml on the instrument panel. I made sure the ignition was off, does this sound right??. Never had a problem with it before Any help would be appreciated

Whack it on a code scanner, and if there is no real running faults try a BSi reset

Thanks for the help, drove into my friends garage, switched the car off. Went to start it again to put the car in the garage and the light and warning is off , is this normal??
