Anyone done this before? How easy is it to change and can anyone do a quick guide to doing this, or know where one is?

Pretty straight forward, although the actual mount is quite awkward to remove , looks like a special tool is needed.

I used a set of mole grips when removing mine to get more clearance when putting the gbox back in after changing the clutch. Couldnt get any of my spanners to sit tidy without slipping
