hi, another problem (i think).

basically when i try putting my car into first gear it gets really difficult and i have to really push it up. sometimes it is ok though like if i put it into 3rd and then straight into first it goes in smoothly but not all the time.

been having too many problems with my car Sad

This is a 206 issue,

Happens to me on my 1.1, just what it does :), Cant get into 1st unless im under around 10 - 5 mph :).

I think of it as a way of me stopping ripping out my gearbox!

Anything other than an absolute crawl will ruin the gearbox.

It's normal, just leave it in gear two and rev when you need and put it in gear 1 only when pulling off.

Had my car serviced in march this year.ni had my driveshaft replaced and the garage put some gearbox oil in aswal but did not drain the old oil out they jus topped it up by squirting it in somewhere under the car
