You might well find it's part of the MAP/MAF sensor.
If you unscrew it and there is a visible yellow 'bead', you've found it.
Why?

Why? | so it is inside/ part of the MAF sensor?
no wonder why i can't find the parts number on service box...
last week i do a scan the only fault code that shown up is inlet air temperature sensor open circuit.

I would check as I described but after 2001, most 206 have it integral with the MAP or MAF.
Do you get a IAT reading in live-data mode with the diag tool? It might be 'guessed' ofcourse..

it is constantly at 50 degree.
so pretty sure something is wrong....
the MAF reading do change when throttle applied though....

Yes it is an electricaly sepperate thermistor housed in the same sensor casing.
It is perfectly possible for the temp sensor to cockup and the MAF to be completely OK.

i will have a look during the weekend..
doesn't sounds like a cheap fixed though, new MAF sensor aren't too cheap

If you find the exact type number, you can get the OEM from ebay many times for alot cheaper.
