is it connected too or worked by the bsi or comms unit or both ??
i ask as i'm still haveing unlocking probs with 1 of the 180's and wondering if a bsi update might cure the fault, or if i need to buy a new one. As i have 2 180's i could swap parts about to try and locate what is at fault but would rather not do this if possable.
So far i have checked all the wireing and none seems to be broken or split all lock units seem to be fine and working, the car locks fine on the fob but just will not unlock on the fob and only each door will unlock on the key not all at once.
thanks

ah ok thanks lee was not sure quite how they were linked so it could be the comms unit or the bsi then lol
as a after thought the car has had problems with the auto lights coming on as and when they feel like it (ok if you just turn them on manualy)
so if i'm right in thinking the comms unit also works this function it seems to point to the comms unit being at fault
any thoughts or views on this theory ?????
