Evening

When i first bought the csr i replaced the engine mounts.

One under the battery box
2 on the left hand side under the ecu

Now there is another one at the back of the engine bolted to the bulk head! Its a little worse for wear but i can't seem to find it any where.

Any one have a part numer for peugeot as il replace when i get the cambelt done in the next few weeks!

Cheers

Dave

You will have great fun with that one. The mount is on the same bracket as the intermediate bearing on the drivers side driveshaft - so you will need to split the hub and wishbone, take the driveshaft out (you may need to belt the intermediate bearing in doing so as they get stuck) and then unbolt the bracket - three 16mm nuts if I remember. how sad am I... You might have to unbolt a small heatshield if there is one protecting the bearing from the 'zorst.

You have two bushes - one on the stabaliser arm which is about 15mm diameter and the larger one that sits in the bracket itself which is 70mm. You can get a powerflex bush kit for both for around 30-40 squid. Well worth doing in my opinion. Forget OEM.

You will also need to belt the crap out of the old mounts to get them out of the brackets. Good luck Smile

PFF50-306 is the part no. Look at the notes towards the top of the page for 206.
It's a 306 engine mount on the gti/180. 70mm one is this same as the 306 front engine mount.

There is another one on the dog bone but it's a solid bush, should be fine.

The PFF50-306 is in two halfs and you can push it in with your hands.

But.. doing this bush unless you replace the bush on the stabiliser arm as well seems a little silly. Powerflex don't do this one - I went with Superpro from PRI Racing
