I'm guessing your last 2 codes relate to Lambda sensors, but I can't be certain.
Are these existing codes, or have you cleared them and these have come back?

The heater supply circuits to both your O2 sensors are not working so either you have a supply/ earth problem to them or both of them have broken heaters so they will not be working properly when the heater is required (very common fault).

Most likely because they are not working properly then the ECU is having to put fuel trims so high or low that it has recorded an out of limits error

So, I'd want to check if the voltage and earth are being supplied to the O2 sensors and if that's ok then it's time for two new O2 sensors
