may be a stupid topic but i recently bought a 206 that has been repaired and ive noticed when opening the drivers door the very front outer bit just catches on the arch slightly, is there anyway to adjust the door back a bit to give it that bit of clearance needed? its only does it right in the middle but if it carries on it'll end up pulling the paint off.

Is the door sitting correctly in the opening? Might be easier to move the wing forward slightly.

yh seems to be, its "Uz's" old car, so as your probably aware it suffered front end damage which has been reapired so maybe it is the wing out of line a touch. whats the best way to go about it? thanks

My door used to catch on the arch when opening. It used to make a scarping sound.
To solve it i covered a screwdriver in lots of tissue and opened the door then put the screwdriver in the gap where the door ad arch is and then close the door slowly making te arch come abit wider out so it wont catch. Then jus open the door and remove te screwdriver and try to open and close it
