The first time I removed the front bumper I followed the how to guide on here and had to remove the inner arch liners but is it possible to remove the bumper and leaving the arch liners in situ?

Remove the bolts that go through the arch liner, and slide it off over them.

If you take the headlights out you can just about reach the nut holding the bumper onto the wings. I have done it this way before. Its a pain in ass tho and a lot easier to pop off the arch liners
