hi guys only had my 1.4 lx for ten days one of the buttons was missing from the remote key fob so got a new fob case and put the insides from the old one first used it and just the indicators flashed but didnt lock so looked in the hand book and reprogramed it and it locked and unlocked the car ok but put the key in the ignition and turns over but wont fire up Mad what have i done any help appreciated .

Have you swapped over the immobiliser chip? Little black box inside the key.

It's a common thing people don't realise when changing over the key. Plus it's a very easy thing to lose when changing over the key because of its size and colour. Glad it's all sorted.
