Hi My Peugeot 206 1.4 HDI 2002 is leaking fuel from the top of the sender unit when the tank is filled right up. I have replaced the silicone O ring and put a new plastic O nut on but it still leaks. I wondered if it is leaking from the actual sender unit now? Andy

You have to push it very strong before you the plastic nut on,other wise it will keep leaking

Well I tried pushing it down hard and replaced the silicone seal and O ring but still leaked. I got a new sender unit and it's fine now so must have been leaking from that. It started a couple of weeks ago when I filled the tank right up so must have just worn away over time. Thanks for your help anyway. Andy
