there out, new ones in only took 3 days

had to hit it from one side then the other to loosen it up with some wiggling and a can of wd40

I hope they went in with lots of copper grease on the splines...

certainly did as i need to car tomorrow so the height was guessed. turned out about 20mm higher than what it was.not sure weather i Will lower it more as yet as i liked it as it was.

think the height its at now is best for handling.
they made a nice improvement in feel from the back and make the car feel more solid

i presume you fit the 22mm torsion bar?

that could be why it is higher than you would have though

yeah the 22mm ones i put in. i knew the back would raise a little with the new bars but think its also one spline higher.
