Hi all. I am fairly new to peugeot's so any issue's with these 206's is going to be a learning curve.

My odometer has worked fine until yesterday, when i turn the ignition on but not start the engine it stay's 'STOP' fine, but once the engine is started there is no display at all.

I've done a bit of searching on here but as mentioned not clued up at all so i don't want to start pulling things apart unless someone suggest's something needs changing etc.

Any help would be great from checking the right fuse to ordering the right bulb (if its blown) lol

The car is a 2.0 d-turbo and i am guessing its preplexed?

Here is the status of the dash.
Ignition on but engine not running.

Engine running.

That's normal.

All the lights you are commenting on are warning lights and only light up when the ignition is on to show they are working.

They should not illuminate once the ignition is on unless something is broken.

Hi steveo, the lights arent the problem its the "lcd" part as also in the topic Very Happy

Baiscly i cannot see the millage little lcd screen (in the mph part) where it displays "STOP" before the engine is started.

The mileage screen is the one at the top which says 929.7 i would assume that it's been changed to counter mode. If you press the little knob on the bottom right it should display how many miles in total the car has done. Press it again to go back to trip counter and hold it in to reset your trip counter.

The stop you are referring to is a warning light. It just illuminates on startup to let you know the bilb works so if there is a problem it will come on.
