bush? im sure the whole arm needs doing? and would be a garage job if you have no idea what you are doing.
had both mine done and track rod ends for £30 at hi q

you can certainly press out/in a new bush onto the wishbone

We have a 50 ton press at work

Just replace the whole arm as more than likly the ball joing will be worn too, try and get the best you can afford as it wont last you 6 months if its cheap.
Passenger side is a little harder as the drive shaft pops out loosing oil but its the same meathod both side, i did 2 on my at the weekend it took around 2 hours so quite easy to be honest
