Griffith Engineering are about the easiest ones to setup and fit.
But you've got Compbrake as well... but they alot harder to fit.
If you can, buy a B&M short shifter... but they are like rocking horse s**t.
But no matter what you do, with any three of these, always uprate your gearlinkages as well.

+1 gearlinkages too.
Griffiths have stopped making them for 1.4i.
