I have a strange metal clunking/grinding noise (kind of like a buckle clunking in a washing machine) coming from under the car. You can only here it at lower speeds but also when stationary if you put your foot on the accelerator and let go. Sounds like something to do with the exhaust perhaps but I haven't really got a clue, help anyone?

Sound like your exhaust is rubbing to me on a heat shield or part of the car, Best way to know is get under car have a look.
