hey as above im wanting to paint most of my car on the inside like door handles sterio face ect but im having a problem knowing how to take the air vents out i dont want to take them out and brake clips ect and also would i need to sand down these parts or just spray strait over ????? if anyone can give me some advice it would really really help

You don't need to sand plastic. Just get them out of the car then get some scotchbrite that rough stuff on the back of washing up sponges give them a rub down with that to give it a "key" you want to put loads of little scratches on it to give the paint something to stick to. You dont need to go mad just loose the shiny finish.

make sure to use plastic primer otherwise it will just peal off.
And its a Peugeot so just pull it and its sure to come off.

very true.
I took my vents out the other day, point them down and then just pull and they pop off. But thats the vent not the trim around it. That just needs a thin blade or screw driver behind it and it pops out. Its held in by little metal clips.
