Doubt its ECU related, you'd have loads of problems. Check all the connections on the throttlebody, unplug them and reconnect them. Is it cable or wire throttle?

This is the least amount of information given i've probably seen.
No revs from the engine or no revs on the cluster do you mean?
Which engine and year is it?

It's a 206 xsi y reg 1.6 it ticks over but no revs mate my brother is new to this site mate
