Got the clunk from 1st to 2nd gear and been told it's the lower engine mount. Can get this fitted for a good price and have seen the powerflex bush for about £28. Is it the same as the GTI for the GTI 180 lower mount? Thanks

defo upgrade the std unit but you shouldnt notice anything when changing gears, i noticed mine from the exhaust being all over the place
