Does any one know how to get the sleeve out of my multi changer it just keeps making sounds like it is reading it everytime I press eject then nothing is they anothe button or something

I have Neva had it out mate first time I tried it just kept makin noise like it was trying to come out but nothing will have to get screw driver in and try prise it out
