So, I have just bought a second hand badge as above as I want to spray the lion and chrome surround.

As I don't want to break it what is the correct way to separate the Chrome parts from the black backing part of the badge?

Thank you in advance for your help.

you need to gently push the tags apart behind and pull it off a bit at a time be careful of the tail on the lion though as that pushes in tight and is very easy to break off!!

Got it all off. Broke two pins doh! Glued them and seem fine now.

Can someone please confirm I can treat them as normal car plastics.

Key(sand) surface.
Wash
Dry
Paint prep wipes
Plastic primer
Wet sand
Colour
Wet sand
Lacquer
Cut and polish

Thanks

No worries.. Thats the reason I have three differant colours Very Happy
Go to your local scrappy and get a couple of sets, firstly to see how they are attached to the grill and secondly to practice spraying on.
