thanks in advance

8628 is the number you need along with your chassis number
Does it not even connect if you do a global test?
Are you using genuine software and Lexia lead or is it a Chinese clone?

yes it does connect to global test and we do get the faults that we fix and clear, but just no reply which is kinda odd, plus there are somethings that are grayed out so with the dam number which you helped us with will show everything, fingrs crossed, yes i am using genuine software & Lexia leads
thanks for that i will go back to the car now and see how it goes and let you know...
