Quick question can I fit driver side runners on the passenger side?

I was told you can and you can't, the cable / pin mechanism will be on the other side?

just find out you can't, if anyone needs to know.. they are handed, so the cable that works the tilt and slide would be on the opposite side.

But still even though the mechanism will be on the opposite side, it should still work.
