hi all im thinking about changing my exhaust manifold. got a nice janspeed cat back from lecktorious on the forum, but needing peoples thoughts of best option and where i can source a decent one. comments greatly appreciated

Iain, would your 180 manifold be a straight swap for a 138? And if so would theyre be any gains if I mated it to an aftermarket exhaust system?
