i was told that by 1 of my friends but already checked all that out and still nothing? could it be something to do with the immobiliser?

Yes it could. But what were the codes?
Never erase codes unless you write them down first, and then only if you've performed worked that might have solved them coming-up in the first place.

Also, after three conseqative attempts to start and no-running, the anti-scanning cuts-in and won't allow the ECU to be unlocked hence no-spark.

Other possible causes of no-spark could be rellay under ECU faulty, loom fault/interminent connection, immobiliser fault, and immo chip in the key not being detected by the key-barell aerial and BSI.

the car beeps when the key is in and the door is open, cant find the code list as the wifes been clearing up .... checked all the relays and they seem fine on multi meter
