Why do you need to uprate them? Unless there's a particular reason for fitting stiffer mounts there's no point.
I needed them to restrict engine movement that would otherwise stress the longer 4-2-1 manifold too much.

Sorry was on my phone before

i was just saying is that the curent standard ones are quite worn after 120000miles so are going to need replacing so may as well upgrade to better quality and good brand products as looked at the bottom engine bush from power flex is only £25 so for a couple pound difference may as well upgrade

If i was to put the power flex on would there be anything that i would notice different ??

If you really have your heart set on uprating them get the powerflex lower box one. Don't bother with any of the others, will just vibrate the car like mad

Have you replaced the lower rear bushes (close to the offside driveshaft carrier)? These are the ones to do before anything...

Think how your engine moves when you put power through it. The engine pivots on the other mounts and moves back and forth with the power. Uprating these two bushes will give you the most improvement and will also greatly reduce wear on the pivot bushes. Look at my project if you are unsure.

And I agree with all the above - I really wouldn't worry about the others unless they are fubarred.
