Hi Guys.

I've just bought a 2000 206 1.4Lx with 91000 on the clock. It starts first time and runs great. Driving it back yesterday was great with no issues.

Got in the car last night and half a mile down the road i turn't right and it wouldn't give me any power when i accelerated for about 30 seconds. After that it drove fine again. This morning at exactly the same point i turnt right and had no power for 30 seconds again then it drove fine.

Any idea's what maybe causing this guys? Crying or Very sad

It goes to idle. But then again the rev counter is a bit temperamental, I had a similar issue with a focus but the focus actually stalled every time it did the same, The pug just sits at what seems to be idle then goes again.

I think i may have found out the cause. If i run the car for a minute or two before i drive the car i dont seem to get the acceleration issue, Im not a mechanic but i think its something to do with the throttle/auto choke.
