OK, I have searched the forums regarding this issue but most people seem to be having slightly more in depth problems that dont sound like what im having so thought id post to see if anyone could shed some light?
Car is otherwise fine until i come to a stop then idles at around 800 revs and struggles to keep going and sometimes dies completely, car starts completely fine but when revving sounds like a dump valve is fitted for somer eason (saw on a similarly related thread so thought it may be related??
If anyone could shed any light on this it would be amazing ,
Also its 1.4 petrol 54 plate

Have you cleaned the stepper motor and the throttle body in general?

Cleaned the throttle body a while back checked it and still clean whetes the stepper motor ??

On the body lol.
Search for it, there is a thread. But it's the first port of call.
