I have just put a clutch in a 206 after putting it back together it run out of diesel put some in but will not start on looking under the bonnet I have a three wire connector plug now not connected it is on the wiring harness
and is near the battery housing and the fly wheel sensor coloured wires are
white green pink.
All it will do now is turn over any help will do thanks

Could it be air in the fuel lines?

thanks V9977 but there is a manual pump under bonnet which I deployed are you saying that the plug could be there for a different model done OBD2 and no faults have shown up in rac thought about trying to bump if not ringing rac

Sounds like you've found your problem. Was it definetly connected before?, as the looms are the same on different models so may be a spare for something else.

Has the earth been reconnected on top of the gearbox?

Earth connections intact this three wire socket seems clean inside as though it was previously connected to something but after a thorough inspection cant find anywhere for it but would that not show on OBD2 as fault help appreciated

Have you tried slackening fuel injectors one by one whilst cranking engine, so when fuel comes out
tightening them up again.

Please dont ever let me see you that post that again. The pressure inside the rails is inexcess of 200 bar!

thank s but abit peed off because OBD2 removed flywheel sensor cable and run OBD2 again with it off and it came back no faults that cant be right also it is a 1.9 diesel

All i can reccomend is check all your wiring and bleed the fuel system by priming it loads with the hand pump

Not all obd scanners will work with a 206.
