been given pair of spot lights to install but no holes in front bumper easy to cut out or dont bother

would buy a sports bumper tbh! Wouldn't bother cutting them out!

Have you been given the genuine Peugeot foglights, or some after market ones?
If genuine Peugeot, there are 2 types, sport and non-sport. You need to get the bumper to match the lights.
If they are after market, probably easier to get a bumper without the holes in cut out the holes and fabricate some sort of fitting system so that you can mount them securely

You also need the bumper to match the wings ...
