Hi, recently I had an head skim, head gasket change, timing belt kit change and since when my car eventually gets warmer I press the accelerator and I get a loud whine from the engine, to me it sounds like its coming from where the cambelt itself is.. The garage reckon its a tensioner but my dad and my friends dad said its my cambelt too tight.

Any ideas :)!
