That means they are abusing the whiplash claim loophole in the insurance system.
However: "to drive behind other car, the distance (2 seconds rule) and speed must be selected accordingly to road conditions, to be able to stop without hitting it even if the car in front slams on brakes"
If car tyres are worn, brake system/abs malfunctions, it's still at fault for "kissing the ar$e"
It's a fine line in such dispute, don't you think?
I.e. the only good thing in the existence of such "cash4crash artist" groups, is that it makes us drive even more cautiously..

Got a headlight for £25 from scrappy, appears that my 2000 pug got phase 2 headlight glasses.
Sunny Sunday spent on PlastiDip -ing the bumper, prising back the bent N/S wing, zip-tying under-headlight grille, replacing headlight from scrappy, bending back the dent under bumper above fog-light, replacing N/S bumper's missing edge latch with a piece of wood, fixing O/S "popeye" headlight since an old accident, and here we go:
Bearable, until a guy from scrappy calls me when KRU Tuscany green grille pops up.
Thanks for all your part offerings, but I'll stick with scrappy for now

They just claimed whiplash for the 3rd passenger in the car as well..... Probably were hesitating whether to go all-in or not....

This news story has p**sed me off today over whiplash claims
www.manchestereveningn...ue-4312664
and this is how much it's already cost, although the security was needed
www.manchestereveningn...ng-4312612
and it was an impressive sight as it went past on the motorway taking up the outside 2 lanes.
