Hi guys, i have a multplex 51 plate 206 lx, could i install the mfd that has the mpg function, i need to buy a new com2000 unit and was thinking of getting the one with the mfd controls on the end.

I have pp2000, what settings would i be looking for to see if im able to do it.

Larger screen, stalk cap off, cocktail stick in the stalk to check for button.
No need to activate with PP.

Ive done this,

anyone know why it wont light up? Bulbs changed, fuse changed, clock unplugged and plug with battery on and off???

my stalk does not have the cap, im guessing i cant do it then or can i change the com2000 to one that does, my current com2000 unit has the indicator problem.

Some stalks have the removable cap, you may as well source one with the trip button though since it's being replaced anyway.

Try changing the bulbs.
I have Peugeot Planet/DiagBox.

Pry it off with a small flathead screwdriver, some caps are fixed so be gentle

a CC unit doesn't have rear wiper function (compare the 2 you linked, you'll see the difference).

£70 for a used unit is really expensive, you want a 2005ish onwards if paying that, they changed supplier to a more robust version
