Anyone else noticed on certain body panels the G for gauche & D for droite stamped in the metal

Yea its the alternator happy days been looking for a remote wire for my relay for my pump and found one

Stamped in the shell too in front of the doors! and DROITE is written on the power steering rack

Just going to say the obvious and black connector for the battery. Peugeot name connectors by pin amounts and colours.
So yeh its just there to help people locate where the connectors go
