I know pp2000 etc is designed to run on Windows XP SP1, but has anyone managed to run it on newer systems like Win 7 or 8? I am thinking of buying a pp2000 kit off ebay. All my pc's run the latter 2 systems. At the very best will it run in compatibility mode?
Or will I have to buy a cheap s/h XP laptop?
Thanks in advance.

I just have the single o/s installed on each pc, so was wondering if pp2000 worked directly on them.

Dual boot with XP is the way to go.
Peugeot Planet & Windows Vista / 7 are not a good combination
I've given up trying to get Planet to even install let alone run on Windows 7.
My laptop the hard drive can be swopped in a few seconds so I just have a 2nd drive with XP & Planet installed on I can just use when needed.
