Hi!

X reg HDI D-turbo.

Aircon went flat, and no fan would come on when I hit the switch. Had it charged as it had gone flat, and fixed the service valve that was faulty allowing the gas out.. All cool. I thought. Now its juiced up, the clutch comes in, there's a loud hissing sound from the Vap unit in dash, but it will not get cold, and the fan wont fire up. Brill! I also found out that the fan wont come in on the temp sensor either and the engine trys to boil!!!! Even less brill. Ok so ive got a wiring issue. Cleaned all the cables back to the fan and fitted new relays on front panel...got juice to them and earth. Still no luck. Bugger.

So, I fitted my track day ecu. Its been remapped for track use. The temp sensor will now fire the fan when its hot...brill so wiring is ok. but no aircon. No clutch cut in or anything. So I expect the ecu has had the aircon deactivated on the remap. But at least it can get the fan running.

QUESTIONs.
1 : Can anyone turn the aircon back on for me in the track ecu???

2 : Whats the error with the std ecu, or is it a known probably for them to fail on the aircon and its dead?? Or can it just turn it off if there's another probably.

3 : I have code showing on my ODI reader . Its says clutch level too high?? P0309 I think it was. Could this be it??

Any Ideas ???

Regards

Anthony
