I'm experiencing a problem of internal water leakage. But water doesn't mix with oil. Two years ago it happened with me, and I used the gunk block head repair bottle which worked and rectified the issue for almost two year. But will the same thing work again?

Not sure if it is a cylinder head crack or head gasket issue. Two years ago, I wan't sure too, but I got this gunk liquid and I followed the instructions by adding the bottle to the radiater. It was not a difficult job, took only 1 hour for a complete repair.

What are your opinions? Suggestions?

I personally wouldnt use it unless your planning on getting rid of it. Although I'm amazed at how long it's lasted until now. If your going to keep the car give it a go but you will probably have to fix the problem properly one day.

Update:
Performed the block sealer liquid job yesterday. I done it my self as follow:
While the car is cool in the morning I poured the entire content of the bottle into the radiater. I turned on the engine and I waited until the temp reached the normal level. I then turned on the AC to put more load on the engine and allow the sealer to follow as well. After 10-15 minutes running the engine I turned of f the engine and drained the system. I allowed the repair to work for around 2 hrs. I flushed the system with water And refilled using a proper coolant liquid.

Tested the car and it is working well. No sign for leakage. Two days passed And still good.

Cheers.
