Okay so i'll admit it i screwed up a paintjob on the tailgate so a cheaper solution is to just put a new tail gate on as opposed to repraying. i found what i needed so my question to you guys is how do i take one off and put another on?
ie.. do the cables and plumbling come out quite easily? any othere things i should look out for?

Should just be 10mm nuts along the top where the boot meets the roof, the pipe for the rear washer will just pull out and I believe the electrics unplug behind the passenger c pillar or boot trim, last time I done this was a couple of years ago so trying to renember off the top of my head about the electrics
